Having strong abdominal muscles is a great way to stabilize your back, look taller and feel more confident.
This is the Do Anywhere Ab Exercise:
1. Bring your belly button closer to your spine.
2. Keep your neck and shoulders relaxed.
3. Breathe deeply and slowly 10 times.
It takes practice to learn to do those three things at once!
Try it while standing, sitting, walking or lying down on your back, side or belly.
You should feel your abs become “active” immediately and stronger over time.
