Here at body aware grieving we invite our readers to send examples of art, poetry, music and photography that help them to express how they are feeling. The goal is not necessarily to create some famous masterpiece. Mostly we hope to just clarify and perhaps relieve strong emotions we may be experiencing. Sad, angry, happy, depressed, joyful, grateful, whatever the tone and format of your project, you are welcome to submit it to the body aware grieving section called Your Stories Your Way.
This simple poem comes to us from a reader who refers to herself as anonymous. We thank her for sharing her creation with us. As always, we send best wishes to all of our readers.
